Fight against hate speech: An exhortation from CNJC The Cameroon National Youth Council is following the direction set by the government in recent weeks regarding the fight against hate speech👌🏼. The Cameroon National Youth Council (CNJC), in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Civic Education, organized a significant march on Wednesday, August 9, 2023. This event was part of the activities marking the celebration of the 24th edition of International Youth Day, themed: "Green Skills for Youth, Towards a Sustainable World". It was a civic march of young people against hate speech🚫.

Mobilized around the National President of CNJC, Fadimatou Iyawa Ousmanou, nearly a hundred young leaders from youth associations and movements, including the regional presidents of the CNJC, marched on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, to oppose hate speech in all its forms. The route taken was: Yaoundé City Hotel - La Retraite College - May 20 Boulevard - MINDEF - Reunification Monument.

On this occasion, President Fadimatou Iyawa Ousmanou read the youth's declaration against hate speech in the presence of the Minister of Youth and Civic Education, Mounouna Fotsou, and the representative of the Commission for the Promotion of Bilingualism and Multiculturalism, Jean Marc Afessi Mbafor.

Le Conseil national de la jeunesse du Cameroun suit la tangente tracée par le gouvernement ces dernières semaines pour ce qui est de la lutte contre les discours de haines👌🏼. 
𝗟𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗶𝗹 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗝𝗲𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝘂 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻 (𝗖𝗡𝗝𝗖) en collaboration avec 𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲̀𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗝𝗲𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝘁 𝗱𝗲 𝗹’𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 ont organisé ce mercredi 9 aout 2023 dans le cadre des activités marquants la célébration de cette 24ème édition de la journée internationale de la jeunesse placée sous le thème :  𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲́𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗷𝗲𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘂𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, une grande marche🚶🏽‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️ citoyenne des jeunes pour la lutte contre les discours de haine🚫.
Mobilisée autour de la Présidente nationale du CNJC Fadimatou Iyawa Ousmanou Près d’une centaine de jeunes leaders des associations et mouvements de jeunesse, parmi lesquels les présidents régionaux du CNJC  ont marché ce mercredi 9 aout 2023 pour s'opposer aux discours de haine sous toutes ses formes suivant l’itinéraire : 𝗛𝗼̂𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗱𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗬𝗮𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲́ – 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲̀𝗴𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗲 – 𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗱𝘂 𝟮𝟬 𝗺𝗮𝗶 – 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗙 – 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗥𝗲́𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
À l’occasion la présidente fadimatou Iyawa Ousmanou à procédé à la lecture de la déclaration de la jeunesse contre les discours de haine en présence du Ministre de la jeunesse et de l’Education Civique Mounouna Fotsou et le représentant de la Commission pour la Promotion du bilinguisme et du multiculturalisme Jean Marc Afessi Mbafor
