Etape Ngole is a multiple Award Winning Youth Volunteer Coordinator with over 5 years of youth leadership career knowledge and experience in Communication, Youth Leadership, Sustainable Development and Peace Building. He is the winner of the 2022 Golden Hand of Volunteers Award from the Cameroon Minister of Youth Affairs and Civic Education under the category of “Best National Volunteers Initiative”.

This enthusiastic youth leader holds a Master Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication and a Verified Certificate on Exercising Leadership form Aspire Institute founded at Harvard University, a Diploma in Project Management, Strategic Planning for Social Ventures and Climate Change, Peace and Security; Understanding Climate Related Risks through an Integrated Lens. By United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) 

He is a member of the Queens Commonwealth Trust Network, a Network of Young Global Leaders creating positive social change in the Commonwealth. (QCT) Network

He is a 2023 Reviewer for the Mandela Washington Fellowship Programme

He is a 2023 Reviewer for the Commonwealth Children and Youth Challenge.

He has served as a Youth Ambassador for the Institute for Economic and Peace (IEP) 2022. He is a 2022 Presidential Fellow for the International Foundation for Sustainable Peace and Development (IFSPD).

He is the current Head of the Southwest Audit Bench of the Cameroon National Youth Council (CNYC)

Etape’s passion for leadership, humanity and peace saw him representing his Region (Southwest) as a Junior Senator of Cameroon for the United Nations at the 13th edition of the Cameroon Association for the United Nations in Yaoundé. (ACNU)

In line with his Journalistic pursuit, he became a Production assistant of a special radio programme over the State Broadcasting Media CRTV Southwest Regional Station on the “Cameroon Major National Dialogue 2019” to end the Cameroon Anglophone Arm Conflict and at the end of it; he became a Producer of a 13 minute Radio Documentary titled “live in Buea after the Major National Dialogue”., he produced, coordinated and presented for over 3 years a youth educative program known as “Campus Train” over Mount Cameroon Fm involving over 20 youths in his community on topics like (Health, Civic Education, Youth Leadership, Agriculture, Fashion and Entrepreneurship).
