Récemment, le Conseil National de la Jeunesse du Cameroun (CNYC) a eu l'honneur de participer à un événement marquant organisé par MINPOSTEL à l'École Primaire Gouvernementale BIYEM-ASSI, Yaoundé. Cet événement a été une étape importante dans la promotion de la sensibilisation à la cybersécurité et de l'utilisation responsable des médias parmi les jeunes. Notre Présidente Nationale, Mme Fadimatou Iyawa Ousmanou, a assisté en tant qu'intervenante distinguée et ambassadrice de la cybersécurité, partageant ses perspectives avec les jeunes élèves.
Nous sommes immensément reconnaissants à S.E Mme Minette Libom, Ministre des P&T, d'avoir étendu cette gracieuse invitation à nous. Son engagement pour la sécurité numérique dans l'éducation s'aligne parfaitement avec la mission du CNYC d'habiliter les jeunes esprits.
Ce fut également un privilège d'avoir Nervis Nzometiah, PDG de Nervtek et également ambassadeur de la cybersécurité, se joindre à nous lors de cet événement. Son expertise dans le domaine a ajouté une couche riche de connaissances, bénéficiant grandement aux élèves et améliorant l'impact global de l'événement.
Ensemble, nous avons participé à des discussions et activités significatives conçues pour éclairer et inspirer les élèves sur l'importance de la cybersécurité dans leur vie quotidienne.
Cette collaboration avec MINPOSTEL est un témoignage de notre engagement commun à élever une communauté de jeunes numériquement consciente et responsable. Nous au CNYC sommes enthousiastes à continuer de participer à de telles initiatives, favorisant la #SensibilisationÀLaCybersécurité et l'#ÉducationÀLaCybersécurité parmi les jeunes du Cameroun.

Recently, the Cameroon National Youth Council (CNYC) was honored to participate in an impactful event organized by MINPOSTEL at Government Primary School BIYEM-ASSI, Yaoundé. This event was a significant step in promoting cybersecurity awareness and responsible media use among the youth. Our National President, Ms. Fadimatou Iyawa Ousmanou, attended as a distinguished guest speaker and cybersecurity ambassador, sharing her insights with the young students.
We are immensely grateful to H.E Mme Minette Libom, Minister of P&T, for extending this gracious invitation to us. Her dedication to digital safety in education aligns perfectly with the CNYC's mission of empowering young minds.
It was also a privilege to have Nervis Nzometiah, CEO of Nervtek and a fellow cybersecurity ambassador, join us at this event. His expertise in the field added a rich layer of knowledge, greatly benefiting the students and enhancing the overall impact of the event.
Together, we engaged in meaningful discussions and activities designed to enlighten and inspire the students about the importance of cybersecurity in their everyday lives.
This collaboration with MINPOSTEL is a testament to our shared commitment to nurturing a digitally aware and responsible youth community. We at the CNYC are excited to continue participating in such initiatives, fostering #CybersecurityAwareness and #CybersecurityEducation among Cameroon's youth.
